Learn to make quiche Lorraine from scratch--a versatile breakfast, lunch and even dinnertime favorite. Students will be guided through the process of making an all-butter crust, the foundation for a perfect quiche, before mixing ingredients and preparing the custard filling. Each student will create their own version of quiche Lorraine (or an all vegetarian quiche), and will leave equipped with new knowledge sure to impress family and friends.
