A De Azúcar Bakery favorite! Learn the basics of developing sweet dough to create sweet and gooey cinnamon rolls at home. This class begins with a demonstration on the magic of enriched dough. Students will learn and apply techniques to mix, rise, and shape your own rolls. We’ll explore different flavor pairings and variations for using sweet dough including sticky buns. Students will bring home sweet dough and a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls.
